RSI is not just a consulting services provider; we also offer selected services of a merchant bank. In appropriate cases, our merchant banking assistance may include providing clients with short-term secured loans, real estate financing and/or bridge financing, to provide needed working capital. RSI can participate at several levels of a company’s capital structure depending on the circumstances. Our participation can include senior or subordinated lending facilities as well as minority equity positions. RSI will work with existing senior lenders, mezzanine lenders and other constituents to ensure that the terms and conditions of the financing we provide or capital contribution we make are appropriately structured and acceptable to all parties.
